Now you might wonder why is this Nakshathra concept came here. It is because each Rashi has Minimum of 2and half Nakshathras and Each Nakshatra has 4 Pada's means 4 divisions. I will get you the details of the pada and Rashi Classification in later stages. Now to Understand which Nakshathra or Birth Star is a person is born, you need to check Panchangam which is an Hindu Calendar, which give you clear idea about in Which Nakshatra or Birth Star of Person.
The next question that will arise is about Pada's. What is this Pada's? Here is what it is. The technique for deducing the name is to see which nakshatra the moon is in at the moment of birth; this gives four possible sounds. A refinement is to pick one sound out of that four that relates to the Pada or division of the Nakshatra. Each Nakshatra has four Padas and four sounds and each Pada is of equal width. The Moon remains in each Nakshatra for approximately one day. There are various methods of knowing the Pada, once of which is the timings. If a Nakshathra starts at some time, it will have approx of 4 hours in one pada,
